Let us know your planed upgrades or requirements, we can discuss and organise a quote or let you know what would be a suitable product for you to source.

We quote

Once we have provided you a timely quote and you agree, we will convert that quote to an invoice for you top pay against. once all monies are available you parts will be ordered and we will keep you updated on install schedule.

03.

We install

Once the hardware is available for delivery we will arrange a time and charge at the normal service rates for the install and setup on site customized to your unique environment.

Scott is someone who can see solutions to computer issues, from a different perspective and find solutions that you may not have previously considered.
He is not a salesman. He is a solution finder, who would rather get your current IT investments and infrastructure operating at capacity before telling you to spend more money on stuff you don't need.
With over 20 years’ experience in IT support and training roles, and can help with both the optimisation of systems, workflows and finding solutions to those niggling IT issues.
Scott can remote into most systems, so he doesn’t need to come to your office ,or have you drag your computer in to his office, but would always rather meet face to face at least once. Based on the Gold Coast he is right here in our region also has the capacity to service Australia wide remotely.

Regardless of what else you use your computer systems for, if you can't send and receive emails, your computer becomes almost useless. We can correct and resolve many email issues remotely without needing to come all the way over to you. Whether you are you using Windows or Mac mail, Thunderbird or Outlook we can get that fixed.

PRINTING

Printing is an absolute essential function that we all need. Regardless of brand or age, we can help setup and connect your printer to your PC, Mac, laptop or even the entire network. Laser, Inkjet, 3D or even CNC, we can fix them all.

NETWORKING

Do you need your office computers to talk to each other seamlessly? We can configure and optimize your network and network security to ensure you are getting the expected results and return on your investment. Or even set up private cloud servers for security on systems you own.

VIRUS or MALWARE

There is many things that can stop your system (even that Mac) from working as expected. Virus Malware and Browser hijackers are among the most annoying issues that we can resolve for you. We can even set up affordable security so they don't get in again.

OLD SYSTEMS

Just because it's a few years old doesn't mean it's ready to be thrown out. If you want it to work faster or have more capacity, a simple upgrade maybe all you need to get it working better than new. If your current computer is all you need but it is a bit slow, we are more than happy to see how we can speed it up without an upgrade. (dependent on system)
